On the detailed adjustment of import and export contract
Starting from July 21, 2024, the company will use the new import and export contract.
1.Because of the ambiguity between Chinese and English, we will write Chinese at the bottom of each paragraph of the import and export contract.
2.Articles 7 and 6 of the import and export contract have been changed to help foreign partners.
3.The modification of the import and export contract has been reviewed by the state and agreed to implement the new version of the contract (from July 21, 2024).
4.Starting from July 21, 2024, contracts will be signed on the Internet. (it has been approved by the state, and the Internet contract has the same legal effect as the paper version of the contract.)
5.The method of signing an online contract is signed by the Internet address designated by the seller (the national designated import and export trade website)
